CA Early Access Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
Sponsor and Organizer: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Navimow Inc. (“Navimow” or “Sponsor”).

BINDING AGREEMENT. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SWEEPSTAKES.
2.1 Participation. This Sweepstakes is an invitation to participate extended by the Sponsor to potential Participants. Your entry into the Sweepstakes will be deemed your offer to participate, and such offer will be subject to the Sponsor’s acceptance. To participate, you must submit an entry in the manner described on the Sweepstakes entry page and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.2Eligibility.
(1)Term. The Sweepstakes runs from November 4th 2026 at 12:00 AM PT to November 18th 2026 at 11:59 PM PT, as determined by the Sponsor’s website standard time. All entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries, including those due to technical, network, or system errors or failures.
(2)Capacity. Participants must be legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry and have capacity to enter into this transaction under applicable law.
(3)Territory and Address.
a.Territorial Restrictions. The Sweepstakes is not open to residents of the Province of Quebec or the Province of Manitoba.
b.Shipping address restrictions. Prize codes may be used only for orders delivered to addresses within the areas of Canada served under Sponsor’s Shipping Policy (https://ca.navimow.com/policies/shipping-policy). Address availability is subject to final confirmation by the Sponsor’s website before payment.
c.Exclusion. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or persons living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate.
(4)Prize Supply Limit; First Come, First Served. Prizes are allocated to Participants on an instant basis at the time of entry, using the randomized, pre-assigned-probability mechanism described in Section 2.4(1). Each prize tier is limited to the quantity specified in Section 2.4(1) and is available on a first-come, first-served basis relative to that limited supply. Once the quantity available for a given prize tier has been fully awarded, that tier will no longer be available to subsequent Participants, regardless of the random outcome generated, even if the Sweepstakes Period stated in Section 2.2(1) has not yet ended.
(5)Errors. In the event a transaction price is displayed erroneously on the website, to the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor reserves the right to correct the error and apply the correct price to the transaction, to the extent permitted by law. Participants affected by a pricing error may either complete the transaction at the correct price or cancel the transaction without cost.
2.3Methods of Entry.
(1)No Purchase Required. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase Participant’s chances of winning. Participation is free.
(2)Entry Limitations. Each Participant shall enter their email address and subscribe to Navimow marketing emails and agree to the Navimow Privacy Policy (https://ca.navimow.com/policies/privacy-policy) and Terms of Use (https://ca.navimow.com/pages/terms-of-use). Participants may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; unsubscribing does not affect any prize already awarded. Each email address is eligible for only one (1) entry.
(3)Skill-Testing Question. Before being confirmed as the winner of a First, Second, or Third prize, a potential winner must correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor by email to the address used to enter. Sponsor may hold any order placed with a First, Second, or Third prize code until the question has been answered correctly. A potential winner who does not answer correctly within three (3) days after Sponsor’s email is sent will forfeit the prize and may either complete the order without the prize discount or cancel it without charge.
2.4 Prize Allocation and Redemption.
(1)Prize Allocation. The following prizes are available: All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
a. First prize: $800 Coupon for Navimow X4 Series Robotic Mower, One (1) prize, approximate value: $800, Approximate chance of winning: 0.14%.
b. Second prize: $200 Coupon for Navimow i2 AWD Robotic Mower, Three (3) prizes, approximate value: $200, Approximate chance of winning: 0.42%.
c. Third prize: 30% Coupon for Blade Assembly Plus, Twenty (20) prizes, approximate value: $10.497, Approximate chance of winning: 2.8%.
d. Subscription prize: Free Shipping Coupon, Approximate chance of winning: 96.64%
Each coupon prize has value only when applied to a qualifying purchase on https://ca.navimow.com before its redemption deadline, and the Participant remains responsible for the balance of the purchase price, any applicable shipping charges (except as covered by the Subscription prize), and applicable taxes. As set forth in Section 2.2(4), each prize tier is limited to the quantity specified above and is allocated on an instant, first-come, first-served basis relative to that limited supply. Prizes are allocated using a randomized mechanism, with the chance of receiving each prize tier determined by the pre-assigned probabilities stated above. Once a given tier's prize quantity has been fully awarded, that tier is no longer available to subsequent Participants, and Sponsor does not guarantee the availability of any particular prize tier at the time of participation.
(2)Prize Redemption.
a. Redemption of Prizes.
Prizes shall be issued to the Participant in the form of a redemption code. To claim a prize, the Participant must visit the Navimow website at https://ca.navimow.com/, add the applicable product to the shopping cart, and enter the redemption code at checkout. Upon successful entry of the redemption code at checkout, the applicable discount described in Section 2.4(1) will be applied to the purchase price of the designated product. The discount applies to the product price only (except that the Subscription prize applies to standard shipping charges); shipping costs and applicable taxes remain the responsibility of the Participant and will be calculated on the discounted purchase price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Optional shipping insurance is not included unless separately purchased by the Participant. The risk of loss, damage, or theft (including porch piracy) occurring after shipment shall be borne by the Participant, except to the extent caused by Sponsor's gross negligence.
The prize is non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash or credit, and may not be substituted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable.
b. Redemption Deadlines. Each prize code must be redeemed by the applicable deadline below, after which it expires and has no value: (i) First prize and Subscription prize: within thirty (30) days after the prize code is issued; and (ii) Second prize and Third prize: by November 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET, regardless of when the prize code is issued. The Second prize may not be combined with any Campaign promotional pricing. Expired prize codes will not be extended, reissued, or replaced.
3.RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES.
3.1Returns and Exchanges. Products purchased using a prize code are subject to Sponsor’s Refund Policy (https://ca.navimow.com/policies/refund-policy). For returns due to other reasons not covered by Sponsor’s Limited Warranty Policy (https://ca.navimow.com/pages/navimow-limited-warranty-policy) or any other agreement between the Sponsor and the Participant, the Sponsor shall have sole discretion to decide whether to accept such return. Any such return shall be subject to (i) applicable fees or deductions and (ii) return shipping costs as specified in Sponsor’s Shipping Policy (https://ca.navimow.com/policies/shipping-policy).
3.2Warranty. Products purchased using a prize code are covered by the Navimow Limited Warranty Policy (with link in 3.1).
4.OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4.1Right to Modify or Terminate. To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor reserves the right to interpret, modify, terminate, or cancel this Agreement without further notice.
4.2Errors and Corrections. In the event of pricing errors displayed online or system operation errors, the Sponsor reserves the right to correct such errors, and affected customers have the right to cancel any orders placed due to those errors.
4.3VOID. VOID in the event of prohibition by law.
5.MISCELLANEOUS.
5.1Website Support. If Participant experiences any issues while using the website during the Sweepstakes, please contact our support team at navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com for assistance.
5.2Use of Name. Each winner of a First, Second, or Third prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city, and province of residence for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to posting on Sponsor’s publicly accessible social media channels. No additional consent or compensation will be provided for such use, unless otherwise required by law.
5.3Tax. Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST, as applicable) will be calculated and collected at checkout as required by law. Participants are responsible for any other taxes, if any, that may result from participation in the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the tax treatment of any promotional offer. Participants are solely responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding individual tax obligations.
5.4Limitations of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
(1)Right to Modify or Cancel the Sweepstakes. Sponsor (including Navimow Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and service providers) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes, or to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, where such changes are permitted by law. In the event of fraud, technical failures or system operation errors, or abuse affecting the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant involved and/or terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes, and Sponsor will not be liable for such losses incurred to Participant.
(2)Assumption of Risk and Maximum Liability. Participation in the Sweepstakes is at Participant’s own risk. Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor’s total liability to any participant for any claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes—whether based on contract, tort, warranty, or other legal theory—shall not exceed the actual retail value of the promotional item or benefit received, if any.
(3)Exclusion of Certain Damages. To the extent allowed by law, Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
(4)Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, limits, or modifies any right or remedy of a Participant that cannot be excluded, limited, or modified under applicable consumer protection legislation.
5.5 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.
5.5.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any claim, dispute, or controversy between Sponsor and Participant arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
5.5.2 Arbitration. You and Sponsor agree that any action to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions or arising out of or based upon these Terms and Conditions or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by final and binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules in Ontario then in effect. The seat of the arbitration will be Toronto, Ontario, and the arbitration will be conducted in English, unless otherwise required by applicable Canadian law.
5.5.3 Consumer Rights. Section 5.5.2 does not limit any right of a Participant under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by contract, including any right to bring a claim in court or to participate in a class proceeding.
