Refund Terms and Conditions
Thank you for purchasing our products. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
1. Applicability of These Terms and Conditions
(1) Transactions on Navimow Direct-to-Consumer Website (https://ca.navimow.com/)
These Refund Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Navimow.com Sales of Goods Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). While provided for convenience, all purchases made via navimow.com remain subject to the Agreement, which incorporates these Refund Terms and Conditions by reference.
The Agreement is available at: https://ca.navimow.com/pages/navimow-sale-of-good-terms-and-conditions. These Terms apply exclusively to transactions conducted on navimow.com.
(2) Applicability of Alternative Terms
Your rights to cancel an order, return a product, or request a refund shall be governed by these Refund Terms and Conditions, except where Navimow.com or any applicable promotional event or sales campaign provides different terms in writing that you have accepted.
In such cases, these Refund Terms and Conditions shall be deemed modified solely to the extent of such alternative terms, and all remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
(3) Your Other Rights Not Affected
For clarity, these Refund Terms and Conditions do not affect:
(i) your product warranty rights (for the Navimow Limited Warranty Policy, please refer to https://ca.navimow.com/pages/navimow-limited-warranty-policy);
(ii) your rights to return incorrect product(s) delivered due to Navimow’s fault;
(iii) your right to receive a full refund due to non-delivery; and
(iv) any other legal rights that are not modified by this Agreement or cannot be waived under applicable law.
(4) Warranty Claims
These Refund Terms and Conditions do not apply to warranty claims. Warranty rights and claims shall be governed exclusively by the Navimow Limited Warranty Policy available at: https://navimow.com/pages/navimow-limited-warranty-policy.
Please note that the warranty terms applicable to products sold at store.segway.com may differ from the manufacturer’s warranty provided with the product. In the event of any conflict, the Navimow Limited Warranty Policy shall prevail.
(5) Purchases from Third Parties
If you purchase a Navimow-branded product from third-party sellers:
(i) Returns: Navimow.com will not process or accept returns of such products. Please contact the original seller and follow their return policies.
(ii) Warranty Claims: Warranty claims shall be governed by the Limited Warranty Policy provided with the product.
Third-party sellers may offer additional or different rights. Navimow Inc. and navimow.com are not responsible for such terms. Please consult the seller directly for details.
2. Cancellation of Order
(1) Cancellation Prior to Shipping.
If the order has not been shipped, it can be cancelled prior to dispatch. For pre-order products or products subject to sales campaign and/or promotions governed by specific terms and conditions, the cancellation shall be subject to that set of specific terms and conditions. Once cancelled, payments shall be refunded via the original payment method. However, a 5% processing fee shall be deducted from the refund amount. This applies to payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, and similar services.
(2) Cancellation After the Product has been Shipped
If your product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You may choose to refuse delivery and initiate the return process once the package arrives. Terms and conditions governing the return process shall apply.
3. Return of Product
(1) Return Requirements
To initiate a return, the following conditions must be met:
i) Return Period:
Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. Returns or exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted and will instead be handled under the applicable warranty policy.
Navimow is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery is confirmed. Post-delivery theft falls outside the scope of return, refund, and warranty policies.
ii) Return Shipment Deadline:
After submitting a return request, the product must be shipped back within seven (7) days.
iii) Packaging:
The product must be returned in its original packaging or packaged according to Navimow’s instructions, including all accessories. The returned item must be in unopened condition, free from any damage or signs of unauthorized use, tampering, or modification. This includes, but is not limited to issues caused by moisture exposure, ingree of foreign substance (such as water, oil, or sand), improper installation or misuse.
You shall use the original Navimow packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, you shall pack the product in accordance with Navimow’s recommended guidelines and ensure that all accessories are included.
If any items are missing or the product condition does not meet the above requirements upon return, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding costs, including any loss in product value for which you are responsible.
iv) Return Type:
You must specify whether you request a refund or an exchange. Navimow reserved the discretion to grant you the refund or exchange.
v) Condition of Returned Product:
If the product is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, Navimow reserves the right to reject the return or apply a restocking/damage fee of 10%.
If the product return is not due to product quality issues, Navimow shall charge you the shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10%.
(2) Return Process
i) Contact Customer Support:
Submit a return request via email (navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com) or through the Navimow App.
ii) Arrange Return Shipment:
Follow customer service instructions and ship the product to the designated warehouse.
iii) Refund or Exchange:
Upon receipt and inspection, Navimow will process a refund or exchange based on your selected option.
4. Refund Information
(1) Return Due to Product Quality Issues.
If the return is due to product defects or quality issues, Navimow will cover return shipping costs.
(2) Non-defective Returns.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
(3) Refund Method.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds may be delayed if the returned product is not received within 14 days or if proof of return is not provided.
5. Exchange Information
Once the returned product is received and verified, Navimow will dispatch a replacement within five (5) business days.
6. Return Process & Inspection
(1) Contact Customer Service. Customer Service must be contacted before returning any product.
(2) Obtaining the Prepaid Return Shipping Label (PPL). Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of authorization. Navimow will provide a PPL and tracking number. Customers must use the provided PPL.
(3) Inspection Upon Receipt. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the product is opened, used, damaged, or incomplete, Navimow reserves the right to reject the return or reduce the refund accordingly. If the returned product is not received, no refund will be issued.
7. Promotions, Coupons, and Sales Campaigns
(1) Promotional terms (e.g., discounts, free shipping, extended warranties) apply only to transactions completed during the promotional period and will not carry over to future transactions if a purchase is canceled or returned.
(2) Coupons or store credits will be refunded in the same form and will not be converted to cash.
(3) Any earned benefits (e.g., loyalty points) will be forfeited if the purchase is canceled or returned.
8. Miscellaneous
(1) Damage or Loss Due to Navimow’s Fault. If damage or loss of returned products is due to Navimow’s fault, you will not be held responsible.
(2) These Refund Terms and Conditions do not constitute a warranty.
(3) Navimow reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update these Terms at any time.
