Shipping policy

BINDING AGREEMENT. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) concern Navimow’s shipping policy. This is a binding agreement between you (“You” or “Customer”) and Navimow;(“Navimow” or “Company”). By shopping with Navimow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Holiday Shipping Notice

Due to the increase in volume during holiday seasons, you may experience a delay in receiving your orders.

2. Shipping Locations

(1)Available Locations. In the Canada, shipping is available for all provinces eby Navimow’s third-party carriers, except in situations provided otherwise.

(2)Unavailable Locations. Navimow’s third-party carrier is not able to deliver to the following:

a. Standard P.O. Boxes or Residential P.O. Boxes in rural areas.

b. Any other type of drop boxes.

c. Freight Forwarding companies.

d. Military addresses or other restricted areas.

3. Shipping Methods

(1) Shipping Method. Due to nature of Navimow Products, ground shipping is the only available option.

(2) Third Party Carriers.

The actual third-party carrier of you order shall be subject to the confirmation email after checkout.

4. Shipping Fee

(1) Shipping Fee for Robotic Mowers and Accessory Purchase of More than one hundred thirty-nine (139) Canadian Dollars.  For robotic mowers and accessory purchases of more than one hundred thirty-nine (139) Canadian Dollars, the forward shipping fee shall be borne by Navimow. However, this does not include optional customer shipping insurance (such as Worry-FreeTM Delivery provided by Seel).

(2) Shipping Fee for Accessory Purchases of Less than one hundred thirty-nine (139) Canadian Dollars. For accessory purchases of less than one hundred thirty-nine (139) Canadian Dollars, shipping fee shall be nine point ninety-nine (9.99) Canadian Dollars to be paid by customer. Actual amount of shipping fee may vary, depending on your shipping address, subject to the amount on the confirmation page before checkout. Shipping fee will be automatically billed at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Delivery Time

(1) Estimated Delivery Time. Estimated delivery time for robotic mowers and accessories is five (5) to seven (7) business days. 
(2) Actual Delivery Time. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your shipping address. You can check the tracking number through the third-party carrier’s website for your order delivery time. Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to seventy-two (72) hours from the time the order is placed. If the payment is delayed, the processing time and delivery time will be lengthened. The processing time and delivery time during promotions and holiday seasons may also be lengthened.

6. Order Tracking

(1) Email Address for Order Tracking. Notification email will be sent to the email address you left in the contact information on the checkout page or the email address you used to register your account. If the email address you left is invalid or not in use, we will not be liable for any risk or loss caused by this.

(2) Order Confirmation. If you have provided Navimow with your email address, after your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details.

(3) Shipment Notification. Once your shipment of item starts, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number etc.. Order tracking is available through the tracking portal contained in the email.

(4) Real-time Information Updates. Real-time information regarding order modification, refund processing, shipping updating, and so on will be notified to you by email as well.

7. Order Cancellation.

If you change your mind after payment and receipt of the Order Confirmation email, do not reject the package. To cancel your order, please contact Navimow sales team via email at navimow-store@rlm.segway.com to explain the situation. Navimow will handle the return for you in accordance with Navimow Return and Exchange Policy (available at: https://ca.navimow.com/pages/return-and-exchange-policy). Navimow does not assume the risk of loss or damage to the package arising from the rejection or receipt.

8. Risk of Loss or Damage

(1) Transfer of Risk After Product Tendered to First Carrier. Navimow is not responsible for any loss or damage to your ordered product after your product’s dispatchment from Navimow’s possession, i.e., after your product is tendered to the first carrier.

(2) Signature Upon Receipt. Navimow advises you to promptly track your order and requires you to provide your signature at delivery for security purposes, especially for robotic lawn mowers with high value. 

a. Waiver of Signature. Waiving the signature will significantly increase risk of loss of your ordered product.

b. Scenarios that You are Unable to Sign. If you know you will be unable to sign for the delivery, Navimow recommend you:

i. Redirect your package to be held at the third party carriers pickup location;

ii. Redirect your package to another location or schedule another delivery time. A fee will apply.

iv. Claims of Signed Packages. If the product has been signed by you or members living with you in the same household, claims for loss of packages, non-delivery, porch piracy etc. will not be accepted.

(3) Delivery of Wrong Product. For delivery of wrong product, you must preserve and show Navimow the original shipping label on the package to prove that the wrong product was shipped by Navimow.

(4) Functions Unaffected Products.  If the box / package of products is damaged / broken, but normal functions of the productis not affected, you do not have special return rights (i.e. you will be charged for shipping costs and restocking fee for your return). If your box or packaging shows signs of damage:

a. Please take clear pictures or videos of each side of the packaging.

b. Open the box to check for damage to the product. Take clear pictures or video of the damage.

c. Report any damage or loss immediately. Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery or without photos or videos will be denied.

d. If you use or activate the unit, you are indicating that you accept the unit AS IS, and no claims for shipping damage will be accepted by Navimow after you activate or use the product.
