Signal Enhancement Antenna is mainly used to address insufficient wireless communication distance in front yards, backyards, or large areas. If only a Primary Antenna is used, the communication distance is typically within 200 meters. If any area of the lawn is more than 200 meters away from the Primary Antenna, a Signal Enhancement Antenna is required to ensure stable communication(sold separately).
The X4 doesn't have built-in compartment designed for tracking devices, but it already supports Find My. You can add it directly to the Find My app without without using a tracking device like AirTag.

After creating the map with multiple zones, you can choose to mow either all zones or just one. On the app's home screen, click "MOW" when the Navimow X4 is either connected to a network or connected via Bluetooth. The app will then guide you to a page where you can select which zone(s) to mow. Simply choose one or all zones, then click "Start" to start mowing.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Ensure the Navimow i was turned on when the issue occurred and confirm that it was connected to a strong WiFi network. If you have installed Navimow Access+, set the network mode to ""Only 4G"" in the App under Settings > Mower > My Device > Network. Additionally, try connecting the Navimow i to another WiFi network to see if that resolves the issue.
1. Check whether the battery of the Navimow i is dead or over-discharged. It is recommended to manually charge it in the charging station for around one hour. Observe whether the battery level returns to normal after charging.
2. Contact your seller for after-sales service if it still cannot be switched on after charging.
